Parts & Hardware Refund Policy
At Parts & Hardware, we work hard to keep prices fair by keeping our returns process straightforward. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not issue refunds or accept returns unless we’ve made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item.
We know how critical it is to get the correct part when handling repairs or replacements. That’s why our team carefully inspects, picks, and packs each order. If you do end up with the wrong part because of our error, we’ll fix it quickly.
Received the Wrong Item?
If we shipped you the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing partsandhardware@allaboutdoors.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A short description (or photo) of what you received
Once we verify the issue, we’ll send you the correct replacement part at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Because most orders are shipped within 12 hours, we can’t guarantee a cancellation once your order has been placed. If you realize you selected the wrong part, contact us right away with your order number through the Contact Us form. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do everything we can to stop it in time.
